  • Mpower – Menopause Group at Greenway (Southmead Development Trust)
    A friendly, welcoming group at Greenway Centre providing space to talk about menopause, share experiences, and connect with others.
  • Menopause Bristol (Bristol Women’s Voice)
    A citywide campaign amplifying women’s voices and improving support through workshops, advocacy, and toolkits shaped by lived experience.
  • Barton Hill Micro-campus (University of Bristol)
    A community hub in East Bristol hosting research and public engagement events — including sessions on health equity and menopause support.
  • Well Woman, Peri & Menopause Yoga (Centre for Whole Health)
    Therapeutic yoga classes led by Nicola Percy designed to support physical and emotional wellbeing through the menopause transition.
